We have 5 pairs of tickets to give away to BEST Leaders to the premier of the new BEST DVD "Our City, Our Values". The DVD will showcase BEST actions & successes from around the Council.
The premier is on Thursday 17 September 2009, doors open at 17:45 for a drinks reception with 18:00 start (finishing at 19:00) at the Electric Cinema, 47 Station Street, Birmingham, B5 4DY.
