BEST workshops have produced many successful actions since they began in 2007. No action is too big or small to be tackled by our colleagues whether to help out each other or our customers or contribute to the development of new services for Birmingham citizens and this year is no exception. Staff are continuing to come up with amazing and inspiring actions from their BEST workshops and are making a real difference and providing an excellent service to the citizens of Birmingham.
