The morning consisted of a full English breakfast with tea, coffee and juice in the canteen, a DVD played which had a Christmas feel to it.

All of the awards were presented by Andrew Fellows. The first awards were for employees who had successfully passed their NVQs and they received certificates.

At Shelforce there is a suggestion scheme where employees can make suggestions to improve the business, save money, which included health and safety improvements. In appreciation, all employees who made a suggestion were awarded with a certificate.

Each division within Shelforce was awarded a framed certificate on behalf of each team member: recognising the fact that Shelforce’s success is down to every individual employee’s hard work and commitment.
