We are always pleased here at BEST HQ to share what we know about employee engagement, and even moreso to learn about others' experiences and see if it we can make it work for Birmingham.
We have worked quite closely with NHS Employers over the past few years, and Raffaela Goodby, our Employee Engagement Manager, has spoken at their annual conference and undertook a webinar for a number of their senior managers. At BCC we are now looking for ways of using the webinar structure to reduce meeting costs for ourselves and for our employees, so thank you!
