MARCH 'LIVING IT' AWARD WINNERS ANNOUNCED!
Dewan was nominated by manager Roy Muller for the award because of his enthusiasm and passion for BEST, and Dewan’s ability to energise his team by spreading the message that working together and feeling good about what you do really makes a difference to your customers and Partners. The BEST Manager of the month award was won by Maggie Brason from the Children, Young People and Families Selly Oak area office. Maggie was nominated by team member and BEST Leader, Paul Caswell, in recognition of her ongoing interest in BEST. Maggie takes the time out to listen to her BEST Leader and Team and offers input and helps with their ideas. The Review and Support Moves within the Adults and Communities directorate are the winners of the March BEST Team of the month award. The team were nominated by Leslie Caroline to recognise the way in which the team support each other with any difficulties and work well together to take part in activities to create a supportive and happy working environment. The team has also built up effective partnerships with many internal and external teams. The monthly awards offer recognition and thanks to BEST Leaders, Managers and Teams who live the BEST values everyday and help recognise the hard work and contributions they have made to making BEST a success.
