WHAT'S NEXT FOR BEST 2008?
By now all BEST Leaders and Managers should have attended their BEST 2008 training. It is vital that all Leaders attend this years training as the BEST workshop process and materials have changed, and this years training also includes facilitation skills, turning negatives into positives and other useful skills for your own development.
If you are a BEST Leader or a BEST Manager who hasn’t attended training yet then it is important that you contact your directorate support team as soon as possible to arrange your training.
You should now be holding your BEST workshops with your teams. After you have held your workshop, you will need to complete a BEST Workshop review form and return it to your directorate support team. The forms are available at the back of your training handbooks, or are available via email or on Inline.
