To follow on from this success Birmingham City Council would like to share our learning with you, what has worked and what has not and how we have implemented the programme across a 23,000 strong workforce and changed the way our services work. This is in preparation for ‘taking our model to market’ in 2010.

The programme for the day includes a representative from Kingston Business School discussing their research on strategies for employee engagement, some of our own Birmingham City Council staff to talk about the background of the programme, the importance of senior leadership and frontline staff sharing their engagement journey, there will also be an opportunity to network over lunch.
