'Living It' - January 2011

January saw two BEST leaders being awarded BEST leader of the month. Jayshree Vadgama, from the business support team at the Norman Power Centre, Adults & Communities Directorate. Jayshree was nominated for her proactive approach to being a BEST Leader, not only to motivate her team through the process but being on hand to help other BEST Leaders if she was needed.

Jax Adderley form the Extended Services team within Children, Young People & Families Directorate was nominated for showing constant belief in her team, inspiring them to achieve excellence, implementing efficient work systems, and proactively seeking to build her knowledge and skills to better equip herself and her team.

Adults & Communities’ Business Support Team based at the Norman Power Centre, have won team of the month for their positive participation in meetings, willingness to share their ideas and always looking for solutions. They fully support each other in achieving individual and team successes.
