Chantelle Dingwall

I have been employed by Birmingham City Council since 2003; I have experience of various departments such as Children’s, Young People & Families, Trading Services, Adults & Communities and the BEST Programme.

During 2007 I became a BEST Leader. I was always determined to engage my team within the BEST Process. This gave me a taster of leading group workshops and presentation skills. I then went onto winning Best Leader of the year, which I was extremely pleased about.

I joined BEST in 2008, I wanted to get more involved with the positive work that BEST does, I also wanted to gain knowledge of organisational change and development.

Current Role: Programme Officer - Development, Environment & Culture
