This Little Book of BEST gives an insight into Birmingham City Council’s culture and the way our employees feel about working for the city of Birmingham. All of the words and quotes are from our employees, or from people we have spoken to in Birmingham.
The book features what our core values of Belief, Excellence, Success and Trust mean personally to our employees and our customers; the citizens of Birmingham, in their own words.
Highly visual and creative, it showcases some of the council’s leading talent whilst underpinning the core values at the heart of our organisation and the behaviours expected from all employees.
Instead of a traditional printed book we decided to embrace new technology and make The Little Book of BEST an E-book in line with our efficiency and sustainability agenda.
