2009 has been a really successful year for the Birmingham BEST employee engagement programme, and has seen us nominated for, and win, a number of national awards and gain professional recognition for our work.
We are very proud to play a key role in enhancing the reputation of Birmingham City Council and in leading the way on employee engagement in the public sector. We've helped and advised many other organisations about our approach, please get in touch if you would like to know more.
